20th January 2016 at the Community Centre.

 

A meeting of Aberhafesp Community Council was held on Wednesday 20th January 2016 at the Community Centre.

 

The Chairman Councillor Alun Pryce welcomed all present including Mr. Philip Curnow.

 

Mr. Curnow proceeded to take photographs of each of the Councillors as required by a Welsh Office directive. Further information on this item will be available at a later date.

 

Minutes of previous meeting had been circulated to each Councillor prior to the meeting. Proposed By Councillor Richard Jones and seconded by Councillor Glyn Jones minutes to be adopted - all in agreement - Chairman signed accordingly.

 

Planning - conversion of outbuildings to enlarge dwelling and other associated works - Tyn-y-cwm, Bwlchyffridd -meeting discussed this item with no objections to the application.

 

Problems with the condition in some areas of the road surfaces -clerk had already informed the highways department of the areas needing the most urgent attention.
