The AGM of Aberhafesp Community Council was held on Wednesday

6th May 2015 at the Community Centre.

 

A welcome was extended to all present by the Chairman Cnllr. Alun Pryce who then gave a report of the Councils activities over the last twelve months - including planning issues, highways and financial support for the Community Centre.

 

The Chairman expressed his thanks to his Vice Chairman - Cnllr. Nigel Hamer, the other Council members County Cnllr. Mrs Joy Shearer and the clerk for their support and attendance at meetings.

 

The clerk as financial officer issued all present with a copy of the accounts for the last twelve months which were duly accepted and signed as correct by the Chairman - the accounts will now be sent to the District Auditors for verification. The clerk also added her thanks to those present.

 

The election of officers was then conducted by the clerk, both Chairman and Vice Chairman re-elected. The meeting was shown the wreath purchased for the V.E day celebrations from the people of the Parish.
